The MAX4693ETE+ contains three SPDT analog switches in a 16-TQFN (4x4 mm) package. On-resistance is 70 ohms maximum with 2 ohms channel-to-channel matching. Supply range is 2.7 V to 11 V single or ±2 V to ±5.5 V dual. Switching is fast — 300 ns turn-on, 100 ns turn-off — with charge injection held to 0.1 pC, which matters when the switch feeds a sample-and-hold or ADC input where injected charge shows up as a glitch. Off-leakage is a maximum 1 nA, and off-channel capacitance is 9 pF on the source side, 68 pF on the drain side.
