Switching speed and signal integrity
Turn-on time is 50ns max, turn-off 30ns max — fast enough for 10 MHz clock multiplexing or sample-and-hold front ends where the switch must settle before the ADC conversion window closes. Channel-to-channel crosstalk is -68dB at 100kHz, meaning adjacent channels in a 2:1 mux configuration couple less than 0.04% of the signal at that frequency. Charge injection is 200pC typical — when the switch opens, that charge dumps into the sampling capacitor. For a 10 nF hold cap, the voltage step is 20 µV, below the LSB of a 16-bit ADC with a 5V reference. Leakage current is 1nA max off-state, so the held voltage drifts less than 1 mV per second into a 1 µF cap.
The 10-MSOP package (3.00mm x 4.90mm body, 0.50mm pitch) fits tight analog front-end layouts. The 10-uMAX/uSOP footprint is a standard 0.50mm pitch MSOP-10 land pattern — no exotic pad geometry. Supply bypass with 0.1µF ceramic within 2mm of the V+ pin keeps the on-resistance flat across frequency.
