Low on-resistance, high-bandwidth signal routing in a SOT-23-6
The MAX4675EUT+T is a single-pole single-throw normally-open (SPST-NO) analog switch from Analog Devices, offering a 1:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer configuration in a compact SOT-23-6 package. Its 3 Ohm max on-resistance (Ron) and 400 mOhm channel-to-channel matching (ΔRon) make it suited for precision analog signal routing where insertion loss and gain error must be minimized. The 250 MHz -3dB bandwidth supports high-speed analog or digital signals, including video and RF paths up to that frequency, without significant attenuation.
Maximum turn-on time is 300 ns and turn-off time is 110 ns, which sets the throughput ceiling for multiplexed sampling — a 300 ns Ton means the switch settles before the downstream ADC acquisition window opens. Charge injection of 87 pC is the amount of charge dumped onto the signal path when the switch toggles; in a high-impedance node this appears as a voltage glitch, so it matters for sample-and-hold or precision DAC output stages.
