The MAX4639ESE+T: The 3.5 Ohm max on-resistance keeps signal attenuation low in the passband, while the 85 MHz -3dB bandwidth supports video and high-speed data multiplexing. Switching is fast — 18 ns turn-on and 7 ns turn-off max — so the part can handle time-division multiplexing at rates that would choke a slower analog switch.
