On-resistance is 4 Ohm max, with channel-to-channel matching held to 100 mOhm, so the insertion loss and attenuation stay uniform across all four paths — important for maintaining gain flatness in analog signal chains. Crosstalk is -78 dB at 1 MHz, meaning the isolation between the selected channel and the off-channels is high enough to keep a 1 MHz signal on one path from coupling into another at a level that would corrupt a low-level sensor reading.

Switching speed and charge injection

Turn-on time is 18 ns max, turn-off 11 ns max — the switch settles fast enough to multiplex a 10 MHz analog signal without introducing a timing skew that would alias the sampled data.
