SPDT switch with 1 Ohm on-resistance — what it means for your signal path
Switching times are 50 ns max for ton and toff. Crosstalk is -57 dB at 1 MHz. Charge injection is 65 pC, which means a small voltage glitch when the switch opens or closes. That matters if you're driving a high-impedance sample-and-hold or a precision integrator — the glitch can take microseconds to settle. For general-purpose muxing into an op-amp or ADC input, it's usually fine.
Package and temperature — fits the industrial panel
Housed in a 6-pin SOT-23 (SOT-6 supplier package), surface-mount only. The -40°C to 85°C operating range covers most factory-floor enclosures, outdoor telecom cabinets, and automotive cabin environments — not under-hood, but fine for the control board inside a motor drive or PLC. The 2 nA max off-leakage means it won't load down your signal when the channel is deselected.
Lifecycle and sourcing — active, no LTB watch
ROHS3 compliant.
