10 Ohm on-resistance and 200 mOhm channel matching
The MAX4619CSE+ from Maxim Integrated is a three-circuit SPDT analog switch in a 16-SOIC package. Its 10 Ohm maximum on-resistance with 200 mOhm channel-to-channel matching keeps signal attenuation uniform across all three switches, which matters when routing audio or low-level analog signals through a multiplexed front end. The 2 V to 5.5 V single-supply range lets it run off a 5 V rail without a separate negative supply, simplifying the power tree.
Switching speed and signal integrity
Turn-on time of 15 ns and turn-off of 10 ns (max) give enough margin for 10 MHz+ data rates or fast analog muxing. Crosstalk is rated at -96 dB at 100 kHz, so a signal on one channel won't bleed into the others at audible frequencies. Charge injection of 3 pC keeps glitch energy low when switching sample-and-hold or ADC input paths.
Package and temperature grade
Housed in a 16-pin SOIC (0.154" body width, 3.90 mm), surface-mount only. The 0°C to 70°C commercial temperature range suits controlled indoor environments — office equipment, test gear, or consumer audio. No exposed pad, so standard SOIC footprint and reflow profile apply.
Lifecycle and sourcing
Listed as Active with ROHS3 compliance.
