Two independent SP4T switches sit inside the 16-SOIC package, each with a maximum on-resistance of 10 Ohms, channel-to-channel matching of 200 mOhms, and a break-before-make switching action. The switch operates from a single 2 V to 5.5 V supply. Signal isolation is strong: crosstalk measures -96 dB at 100 kHz, and off-leakage current is a maximum 1 nA. The -40°C to 85°C temperature range suits industrial control panels, data-acquisition front-ends, and telecom line cards. Charge injection is 3 pC, low enough for sample-and-hold stages.
