Signal integrity metrics for mixed-signal routing
Crosstalk is specified at -96 dB at 1 MHz — this figure governs channel-to-channel isolation in precision analog paths. For a 10 Vpp signal on one channel, the coupled feedthrough onto an adjacent off-channel stays below 160 µVpp at 1 MHz, which is adequate for 12-bit systems but warrants evaluation at the application's signal bandwidth. On-resistance is 80 Ohm max with channel-to-channel matching of 1 Ohm. Charge injection is 0.5 pC typical, and off-leakage current is 1 nA max. The CS(off) capacitance is 4 pF, CD(off) is 10 pF — these set the settling time for the downstream sample-and-hold or ADC input. Switching times are 200 ns max for turn-on (tON), 100 ns max for turn-off (tOFF). The asymmetry means the break-before-make interval is at least 100 ns, which prevents momentary shorting between channels during switching.
Dual-supply and single-supply operating envelope
The switch operates from a single supply of 2 V to 12 V, or dual supplies of ±2 V to ±6 V. The dual-supply capability allows the analog signal path to swing below ground without level-shifting, simplifying the BOM for bipolar signal chains.
16-SOIC footprint and compliance
The body width is the narrow SOIC variant — ensure the PCB land pattern matches the 1.27 mm pitch and the 3.90 mm body width, not the wider 7.50 mm SOIC footprint. The part is RoHS3 compliant and shipped in tubes.
