Its 300 MHz -3 dB bandwidth and -90 dB crosstalk at 1 MHz mean it passes a high-speed video or RF signal with negligible bleed between channels — the isolation figure is well below the noise floor of a 10-bit ADC front-end.
70 Ohm on-resistance with 500 mOhm channel matching
On-state resistance is 70 Ohm max, and channel-to-channel matching is 500 mOhm — the two channels track within 0.7 % of each other, so gain error in a multiplexed signal chain stays consistent across paths. Charge injection is 5 pC typical — low enough that a 10 pF sample-and-hold cap sees a 0.5 mV glitch, keeping the settling error below 1 LSB in a 12-bit system at 2.5 V reference. Switching times are 150 ns on, 80 ns off — the asymmetry favours break-before-make operation; the off-time is half the on-time, so the switch opens cleanly before the next channel closes. Off-leakage is 500 pA max, and channel capacitance is 20 pF (switch off) / 12 pF (switch on) — the RC time constant through 70 Ohm and 12 pF is under 1 ns, so the bandwidth spec is not capacitance-limited.
