SPST-NC analog switch in a SOT-23-5
The MAX4569EUK+T is a single-pole single-throw normally-closed (SPST-NC) analog switch from Analog Devices, housed in a SOT-23-5 surface-mount package. It switches one signal path with a maximum on-resistance of 70 ohms and handles supply voltages from 1.8V to 12V single supply. The part is rated for the industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, making it suitable for signal routing in test equipment, data acquisition, and audio switching where a small footprint and low charge injection (6 pC) are required.
Switching speed and signal integrity
Turn-on time is 150 ns maximum, turn-off is 80 ns maximum. That 150 ns window matters when you are sequencing multiple analog channels or switching audio sources — the channel-to-channel matching of 500 milliohms keeps gain errors consistent across the path. Off-leakage is 500 pA maximum, which is low enough for high-impedance sensor inputs or sample-and-hold front ends. The 20 pF source capacitance and 12 pF drain capacitance load the signal line; budget those into your settling-time calculation if you are switching at rates above a few hundred kHz.
