The MAX4564EUA+T: Runs from a single supply as low as 1.8 V up to 12 V, or from dual supplies ±1 V to ±6 V. The 450 MHz -3 dB bandwidth keeps the signal path clean for high-speed analog multiplexing, video switching, or RF envelope routing up to several hundred megahertz. Below that corner, insertion loss is flat. Crosstalk is -72 dB at 1 MHz — meaningful isolation between the two signal paths when multiplexing sensitive analog channels like ADC inputs or sensor outputs where bleed-through would corrupt the measurement.
Switching dynamics and precision parameters
Turn-on time is 60 ns max, turn-off 40 ns max — fast enough to support multiplexed data streams at several megahertz without introducing timing skew between channels. Charge injection is 3 pC typical. For a sample-and-hold or a precision ADC front-end, that 3 pC glitch when the switch opens can shift the held voltage by a few millivolts unless the hold capacitor is sized to absorb it. Budget this into the acquisition chain. On-resistance is 60 Ohm max, with channel-to-channel matching of 750 mOhm. The matching figure matters more than the absolute Ron in gain-sensitive or differential signal paths — it keeps the attenuation equal between the two channels.

Housed in an 8-uMAX/uSOP (also offered as 8-TSSOP/8-MSOP), 3.00 mm body width. The 0.65 mm pin pitch is layout-friendly without micro-vias. Not rated for under-hood 125°C, but fine for climate-controlled or ventilated enclosures.
