450 MHz bandwidth and -72 dB crosstalk
The -3 dB bandwidth of 450 MHz means this switch passes high-frequency video or IF signals without rolling off the amplitude — the 60 Ohm on-resistance and 6 pF/8 pF channel capacitance set the RC pole, and 450 MHz is where that pole starts to cut. Crosstalk is -72 dB at 1 MHz, so the off-channel signal bleeds into the on-channel at less than 0.025% — clean enough for a 10-bit ADC front-end where the adjacent channel carries a full-scale signal. Charge injection is 3 pC typical — when the switch toggles, that charge dumps into the load capacitance and creates a glitch; 3 pC into a 100 pF sample-and-hold cap gives a 30 mV step, which matters for precision below 10 bits.
Supply rails and switching speed
Switching times are 60 ns on, 40 ns off max — fast enough to route a 10 MHz clock or a video sync pulse without distorting the edge; the 1 nA max off-leakage keeps the signal path from loading the source when the switch is open.
