The MAX4535ESD+: Each of the two independent switches presents a maximum 400Ω on-resistance with 2Ω channel-to-channel matching, making it suitable for routing low-frequency analog signals where flatness across the signal range matters.
Operates from a single supply of 9V to 36V or dual supplies of ±4.5V to ±20V, covering common industrial and instrumentation rails.
Switching performance and signal integrity
Maximum turn-on time is 275ns and turn-off 200ns, fast enough for audio muting, gain-switching, or sensor multiplexing at moderate update rates. Charge injection is 1pC typical — low enough that a downstream sample-and-hold or ADC front-end sees negligible glitch energy. Off-leakage is 500pA max, and channel capacitance is 5pF off-state, 4pF drain-off, preserving signal bandwidth in high-impedance paths. Crosstalk is -53dB at 1MHz, meaning a 1Vpp signal on one channel couples less than 2.2mVpp into the other — adequate for 10-bit accuracy at that frequency.
The supplier device package is 14-SOIC; supplied in Tube. Pin 1 is marked on the body, and the 1.27mm pitch is layout-friendly for two-layer boards.
