Product details

SPST-NC switch in SOT-23-6 for precision signal routing

The MAX4510EUT+T is a single-pole single-throw normally-closed (SPST-NC) analog switch from Analog Devices, housed in a 6-pin SOT-23 package. With a maximum on-resistance of 160 Ohm and charge injection of just 1.5 pC, the switch maintains signal integrity in precision analog paths where glitch energy must stay low. The 500 ns turn-on and 175 ns turn-off times support moderate-speed multiplexing and sample-and-hold applications.

Supply flexibility and leakage performance

The wide single-supply range (9 V to 36 V) covers common industrial rails like 12 V, 24 V, and 36 V without needing a negative rail. Maximum off-leakage current is 500 pA, and channel capacitance measures 10 pF (source off) and 5 pF (drain off). These low parasitics minimise loading on the upstream driver and preserve signal bandwidth in high-impedance circuits.

It remains suitable for new designs and is not subject to a last-time-buy notice.
