Operating from 1.8 V to 5.5 V, the MAX4472ESD+ covers common single-supply rails. The rail-to-rail output stage swings close to each rail, preserving dynamic range at low supply voltages.

Housed in a 14-pin SOIC (0.154" width, 3.90 mm body), the MAX4472ESD+ uses the standard narrow SOIC footprint shared by many quad op-amps — a direct layout swap if the BOM already carries a 14-SOIC part. The -40°C to +85°C industrial temperature range covers outdoor telecom cabinets, factory-floor sensor modules, and automotive cabin environments. Surface-mount assembly is assumed; the Tube shipping quantity suits prototype and low-volume production runs.
