What this dual voltage-feedback amplifier delivers
The Maxim Integrated MAX4393EUB+ is a dual voltage-feedback operational amplifier in a compact 10-uMAX/uSOP package. It delivers an 85 MHz -3dB bandwidth and a 500V/µs slew rate, making it a fit for high-speed signal conditioning tasks such as video buffering, ADC drivers, and pulse amplification. The rail-to-rail output stage lets it swing close to the supply rails on single supplies as low as 4.5 V or dual supplies down to ±2.25 V, which matters when every millivolt of headroom counts in a single-supply chain. Each of the two channels draws 6 mA supply current and can deliver 95 mA of output current.
Package and marking — what to look for on incoming inspection
The 10-lead TFSOP/MSOP body measuring 3.00 mm width (0.118") fits tight board layouts where every millimeter of PCB real estate is allocated.
Supply range and rail-to-rail output — real-world headroom
The part operates from a single supply of 4.5 V to 11 V, or dual supplies of ±2.25 V to ±5.5 V.
