Signal-chain fit for high-speed analog paths
The MAX4304EUK+T is a single-channel voltage feedback op-amp from Analog Devices, built for applications where the combination of high slew rate and wide small-signal bandwidth matters — video distribution, ADC drivers, or pulse amplification in test equipment. The 740 MHz -3dB bandwidth supports small-signal gain up to that frequency, but the actual closed-loop bandwidth depends on the noise gain configuration — at a gain of +2 the bandwidth drops to roughly half the GBW product.
Supply rails and power budget
Quiescent supply current is 20 mA per amplifier — modest for a 740 MHz part, but the thermal budget in the SOT-23-5 package limits the total dissipation to about 0.3 W at 85°C ambient before derating.
Package and board integration
Housed in a 5-lead SOT-23 (SC-74A), the MAX4304EUK+T footprint is standard for this class — 0.95 mm pitch, 2.9 mm body length. The Tape & Reel packaging option (TR suffix) is the production volume format; the Cut Tape (CT) option suits prototyping or low-volume builds.
