Signal-chain fit for a 10 MHz rail-to-rail buffer
The MAX4231AYT+T is a single-channel general-purpose op-amp from Analog Devices, built for signal conditioning in compact, low-voltage systems. Its 10 MHz gain-bandwidth product and 10 V/µs slew rate support active filters, ADC drivers, and sensor buffers up to the 1–2 MHz signal range before gain roll-off limits closed-loop bandwidth. Rail-to-rail output swing combined with 200 mA output drive per channel lets this part directly drive heavy loads — such as a low-impedance headphone or a small relay coil — without a separate buffer stage.
Housed in a 6-UFLGA (1.5x1.0 mm body) with supplier package 6-UTLGA, the MAX4231AYT+T occupies minimal board area — ideal for handheld, IoT, or multi-channel arrays where every mm² counts. Input bias current is 50 pA typical, keeping errors low in high-impedance sensor front-ends even at elevated temperature.
ROHS3 compliant, meeting the EU Restriction of Hazardous Substances directive.
