The MAX4213ESA+T is a single-channel voltage-feedback amplifier with a 600 V/µs slew rate and 300 MHz -3 dB bandwidth — the edge rate is fast enough to reproduce a 10 MHz square wave with less than 5% rise-time degradation into a 50 pF load. Input bias current runs 5.4 µA typical — on a 10 kΩ source impedance that drops 54 mV across the source resistance, enough to shift the DC operating point. For high-impedance front-ends, budget the offset error or buffer the input. The 4 mV input offset voltage is moderate; a JFET-input op-amp would give lower bias but at a lower bandwidth.
Package and supply integration
The 5.5 mA supply current is fixed — no shutdown pin on this part, so the current draw is present whenever power is applied.
ROHS3 compliant with no restricted substances in the bill of materials. The Tape & Reel packaging suits automated pick-and-place assembly; cut tape is also available for prototype or low-volume builds.
