High-side current sense with 800 kHz bandwidth
It delivers an 800 kHz -3 dB bandwidth, which is sufficient for tracking load transients in switching power supplies and motor drive phases without significant phase lag. The input offset voltage is 1 mV, and input bias current runs 50 µA, both typical for a precision current-sense front end. Supply current is 800 µA, keeping the quiescent overhead low in always-on monitoring paths.
The device is surface mounted in an 8-SOIC package, a standard footprint for board-level current-sense amplifiers.
Lifecycle and compliance
It is ROHS3 compliant, suitable for lead-free assembly flows.
