14-SOIC quad SPST — 45 Ohm on-resistance, 100 MHz bandwidth
The MAX4066ESD+ packs four independent SPST-NO analog switches into a 14-SOIC package (3.90 mm width). Each channel presents a maximum 45 Ohm on-resistance with 500 mOhm channel-to-channel matching — tight enough for precision analog multiplexing where gain errors from switch resistance must track across channels. The -3 dB bandwidth of 100 MHz means this switch passes analog signals up to video frequencies without significant roll-off, while the -86 dB crosstalk at 1 MHz keeps channel bleed below the noise floor of a 12-bit ADC system. Charge injection is just 1 pC typical — the glitch a downstream sample-and-hold sees when the switch opens is small enough to ignore in most audio and instrumentation paths. Off-state leakage is 1 nA max, so the switch does not load the signal source when it is supposed to be open.
Industrial temperature grade and active lifecycle
The 14-SOIC package is a standard rework-friendly footprint — the 0.154-inch body width and 1.27 mm pin pitch are easy to hand-solder or hot-air reflow without lifting pads.
