Quad SPST switch with 100 MHz bandwidth
The MAX4066CEE+ is a quad single-pole single-throw (SPST), normally-open analog switch from the MAX4066 family, built on a low-charge-injection process that keeps signal integrity clean in precision analog paths. With a -3dB bandwidth of 100 MHz and crosstalk of -86 dB at 1 MHz, this part handles video, RF envelope, or high-speed data switching without introducing measurable channel bleed. Maximum on-resistance is 45 Ω with channel-to-channel matching of 500 mΩ, so gain errors across the four channels stay within 1% in most divider or multiplexer configurations.
Switching dynamics and leakage
Switching times are 100 ns on and 75 ns off maximum, with charge injection of just 1 pC — low enough that glitch energy on the signal line stays under a millivolt into a 10 pF load. Off-state leakage is 1 nA maximum, and channel capacitance is 9 pF per node, so the switch adds negligible loading in high-impedance sensor or ADC front-end circuits.
