8:1 signal routing with 1.8 kOhm series resistance
The MAX358CWE+T is a single 8:1 CMOS analog multiplexer from Analog Devices, routing one of eight analog inputs to a common output. The 1.8 kOhm max on-state resistance is the dominant term in the series path — for a 10 kOhm source impedance, the voltage divider error is about 15% of the signal, so a downstream buffer with >1 MOhm input impedance is recommended to preserve accuracy.

Channel-to-channel capacitance is 5 pF off-state and 25 pF off-state on the common output — this capacitance forms a low-pass filter with the source impedance, so at 1 MHz a 10 kOhm source sees roughly 6 dB of attenuation from the 25 pF common-node cap alone.
