The MAX3467ESA+T is a full-duplex RS422/RS485 transceiver from Analog Devices, packing a single driver and single receiver into an 8-SOIC package. The 40 Mbps data rate covers most industrial fieldbus and point-to-point serial links that run over twisted-pair cabling. The 50 mV receiver hysteresis provides noise margin on long cable runs where ground potential differences can shift the common-mode voltage.
