The MAX336CAI+T: The 500 ns typical switch time (both ton and toff) supports moderate-speed multiplexing applications. Crosstalk is rated at -86 dB at 100 kHz, a figure that indicates good channel isolation for audio-band and low-frequency analog signals. Charge injection is 3.5 pC typical, relevant when the mux drives a sample-and-hold or integrator where injected charge creates a voltage offset on the hold capacitor. Off-channel leakage current is 20 pA max, and off-channel capacitance measures 2 pF on the source side and 20 pF on the drain side. These low leakage and capacitance values preserve signal accuracy in high-impedance sensor front-ends where picoamp-level leakage could otherwise shift the bias point.
