That is fast enough for audio-band multiplexing, sensor scanning at tens of kHz, and relay-replacement in ATE, but not for video or RF switching. The channel-to-channel on-resistance matching is 70Ohm — not tight enough for precision gain-setting, but fine for routing signals where absolute resistance tolerance is relaxed. Channel capacitance is 1.8pF off-state and 8pF off-state on the common node, which keeps settling time manageable with moderate source impedances.
