Dual SPST-NC switch with low charge injection
The MAX324CSA+: Each channel is a 1:1 switch that passes the signal when the supply is off — useful for fail-safe muting or power-down signal routing. On-resistance is 60 ohms max, with channel-to-channel matching of 800 milliohms, so the two halves track closely in balanced or differential paths. Charge injection is only 1 pC, low enough for sample-and-hold front ends or DAC deglitch circuits where injected charge would otherwise create a voltage step on the hold capacitor.
Wide supply range and fast switching
Turn-on time is 150 ns max, turn-off 100 ns max — fast enough for audio muting, relay replacement, or signal gating in control loops. Crosstalk between channels is -85 dB at 1 MHz, meaning the two switch paths stay well isolated even at moderate frequencies — suitable for stereo audio or dual-channel analog multiplexing.
Commercial temperature grade, active lifecycle
Not qualified for industrial or automotive environments where -40°C to +85°C or wider is required. Lifecycle status is Active. RoHS3 compliant — no exemptions, so it ships to EU and global markets without restriction. Supplied in Tube — not tape-and-reel. Factor this into pick-and-place setup and order quantity if you need reel packaging for automated assembly.
