20-TQFN package and board integration
The MAX31865ATP+T comes in a 20-WQFN exposed pad package, supplier device package 20-TQFN (5x5 mm). Cut Tape works for prototype or low-quantity board spins.
±0.5°C accuracy and sigma-delta ADC core
The device integrates a sigma-delta ADC, comparator, and register bank to convert a PT100 or PT1000 RTD resistance into a digital SPI output. Accuracy is ±0.5°C max across the full temperature range — this is the total error from the ADC, reference, and linearisation, not just the ADC alone.
