10 Ohm on-resistance, quad SPST switch
The MAX314LCSE+: Its 10 Ohm max on-resistance keeps insertion loss low in precision analog signal chains, while the 300 mOhm channel-to-channel matching ensures gain errors track across all four paths. Switching time is 225 ns on, 185 ns off — fast enough for most audio-frequency multiplexing and data-acquisition front-ends. The 20 pC charge injection sets the glitch floor when switching into a high-impedance load; budget this into the settling time if the downstream ADC samples immediately after the switch closes.
Supply flexibility and signal integrity
The 500 pA max off-leakage and 15 pF channel capacitance preserve signal fidelity in high-impedance sensor interfaces. Crosstalk is rated -85 dB at 1 MHz — a clean isolation figure for a 4-channel switch, meaning a signal on one channel couples negligibly into an adjacent off-channel at audio and low-frequency RF.
Package and temp grade for commercial designs
ROHS3 compliant; no lead or restricted materials in the plating or molding compound.
