Quad SPST analog switch with 10 Ohm on-resistance
The MAX314ESE+ from Maxim Integrated is a quad single-pole single-throw analog switch, each configured as SPST-NO or SPST-NC, in a 16-SOIC surface-mount package. With a maximum on-resistance of 10 Ohm and channel-to-channel matching within 300 mOhm, it suits precision analog signal routing in data acquisition, ATE, and audio signal paths where consistent insertion loss matters. Switching is fast — 225 ns turn-on, 185 ns turn-off — supporting multiplexed ADC front-ends or sampled-data systems without introducing dead-time bottlenecks. Off-leakage is rated at 500 pA max, and channel capacitance is 15 pF per side, so high-impedance sensor inputs see minimal loading. Supply covers single-ended rails from 4.5 V to 30 V or dual supplies from ±4.5 V to ±20 V. Crosstalk is -85 dB at 1 MHz.
