Quad SPST-NC switch with wide supply range
The Maxim Integrated MAX312LESE+ is a quad single-pole single-throw normally-closed (SPST-NC) analog switch in a 16-SOIC surface-mount package. Each of the four independent switches handles rail-to-rail analog signals with a maximum on-resistance of 10 ohms, making it suitable for precision signal routing in data acquisition, audio switching, and test equipment. The switch operates from a single supply of 4.5 V to 36 V or dual supplies of ±4.5 V to ±20 V, covering a wide range of industrial and bench-top power rails.
Crosstalk and charge injection — what they mean for signal integrity
Crosstalk is -85 dB at 1 MHz. Charge injection is 20 pC. Off-capacitance is 15 pF on both source and drain.
Switching speed and leakage
Maximum turn-on time is 225 ns, turn-off 185 ns. Off-state leakage is 500 pA. Channel-to-channel on-resistance matching is 300 milliohms.
