Switching speed and signal integrity
Turn-on and turn-off times are both 150 ns maximum, making the part suitable for audio routing, data acquisition front-ends, and test equipment where fast channel selection is needed without introducing timing skew between the two multiplexer sections. Crosstalk between channels is rated at -92 dB at 100 kHz, which keeps leakage of an active signal into an off channel well below the noise floor of a 16-bit ADC system — a key parameter for precision multiplexing. Charge injection is 2 pC typical, so the voltage glitch on the analog bus when switching channels stays small — important for sample-and-hold circuits or when driving a high-impedance load that cannot absorb the injected charge quickly.
