Quad RS-422/RS-485 driver for industrial serial buses
The Maxim MAX3040EWE+ is a quad differential line driver supporting both RS-422 and RS-485 protocols. It provides four independent drivers in a single 16-SOIC wide-body package, with no integrated receivers — a pure driver-only part for transmit-side applications where the receive path is handled separately.
