Switch performance — charge injection, matching, and crosstalk
The MAX303CSE+: On-resistance is a maximum 35 Ohm with channel-to-channel matching of 500 mOhm, so the insertion loss difference between the two channels stays tight across the signal path. Charge injection is 10 pC typical, and crosstalk is -90 dB at 1 MHz — low enough that a multiplexed audio or precision measurement channel won't bleed between paths at that frequency.
Switching speed and leakage — 150 ns turn-on, 500 pA max off-leakage
Turn-on time is 150 ns max, turn-off 100 ns max — fast enough for low-speed analog multiplexing or sample-and-hold front ends where the switch settles before the ADC conversion window closes. Off-leakage current is 500 pA max, and channel capacitance (CS(off), CD(off)) is 12 pF each — the charge injection and leakage floor suit high-impedance sensor inputs where picoamp offsets matter.
Temperature grade and compliance
ROHS3 compliant per the manufacturer's declaration — the part ships without restricted substances under the current directive.
