The MAX20094ATID/VY+ from Maxim Integrated is a single-cell Lithium Ion battery charger IC designed for automotive environments, qualified to AEC-Q100. It handles a single Li-Ion cell with a constant-current charging profile, delivering up to 1A charge current. The part communicates over I²C and SMBus for charge parameter configuration and status monitoring. Supply input accepts up to 36V, covering 12V and 24V vehicle electrical systems without external pre-regulation.
