10-bit, 133k SPS, 8-channel DAS with SPI
The MAX192BEAP+ is a 10-bit data acquisition system (DAS) integrating an ADC with an 8-channel multiplexer, sampling at 133k samples per second. The 10-bit resolution at 133k SPS means each conversion completes in roughly 7.5 µs, which is fast enough to capture 8 analog channels at a per-channel rate of about 16.6 kHz before the multiplexer cycles back. This suits multi-sensor acquisition in industrial control or instrumentation where the signal bandwidth is under a few kilohertz.
Supply, temperature, and package for board-fit
The device operates from a single ±5V supply, drawing its analog and digital rails from a single source. Housed in a 20-SSOP (0.209", 5.30mm width) surface-mount package, the MAX192BEAP+ footprint is standard for a 20-pin SSOP. The 0.65 mm pitch is routable on a two-layer board with careful trace spacing, though a four-layer stack-up simplifies the analog and digital ground split.
