The MAX17552AUB+: Output is adjustable from 0.8 V up to 54 V, so it can supply a 3.3 V MCU rail, a 5 V sensor bias, or a 12 V relay supply from the same part. Integrated synchronous rectifier eliminates the external Schottky diode — the BOM stays tight, and efficiency holds up at light loads.

Switching frequency flexibility and thermal range

Switching frequency is programmable from 100 kHz to 2.2 MHz — run low to minimise switching losses in a noise-tolerant design, or push high to shrink the inductor footprint. Operating temperature spans -40°C to 125°C junction — this is the full industrial band. A 105°C ambient in a sealed enclosure still leaves headroom before derating.
