Automotive dual LDO/switch for remote power
The Maxim Integrated MAX16948AGTE/V+T is an adjustable dual LDO/switch IC designed for automotive systems and remote power applications. It is qualified to AEC-Q100, the automotive reliability standard, and operates over a -40°C to 105°C temperature range, making it suitable for under-hood and engine-bay environments where temperature extremes are routine. The device accepts a wide 4.5V to 28V supply rail, covering nominal 12V and 24V automotive buses with headroom for load-dump transients.
