Active lifecycle — six-rail supervisor for multi-voltage boards
The MAX16061ETP+T is an active-production multi-voltage supervisor from Analog Devices, monitoring up to six supply rails with six selectable threshold combinations. This part is suited for new designs and BOM lines that require a single IC to sequence or supervise multiple voltage domains on a board. The active-low reset output (open-drain/open-collector) asserts when any monitored voltage falls below its threshold, with a fixed 140 ms reset timeout that can be extended with an external capacitor.
Six-channel supervision in a 4x4 mm TQFN
Six independent voltage monitors in a single 20-TQFN (4x4 mm) package — the exposed pad (20-WFQFN) provides a low-thermal-resistance path to the PCB ground plane, which is critical for dissipating heat when the supervisor is powered continuously in a high-ambient environment. The six selectable threshold combinations allow a single BOM line to cover different voltage sets by strapping the logic inputs, reducing the number of unique supervisor SKUs in inventory. The adjustable reset timeout (minimum 140 ms) gives the designer flexibility to match the power-good hold time of downstream converters.
