Six-rail supervisor for multi-voltage boards
The Maxim Integrated MAX16003ATE+ is a multi-voltage supervisor that monitors up to six supply rails simultaneously, with a single active-low, open-drain reset output. It is designed for systems that need to sequence or supervise multiple power domains — think FPGAs, SoCs, or mixed-signal boards where core, I/O, and auxiliary voltages must each stay within tolerance before the processor is released from reset. The reset timeout is a minimum of 140 ms, long enough to let all rails settle after power-up. Six selectable threshold combinations let you match the part to common voltage sets without external resistor dividers.
Temperature grade and environment
Rated for -40°C to 125°C ambient, this supervisor fits industrial motor drives, outdoor telecom, and under-hood automotive electronics. The 16-TQFN package (4x4 mm) with exposed pad helps thermal transfer to the PCB ground plane — important when the part is near hot regulators or in a sealed enclosure. The exposed pad also provides a low-inductance ground return for the open-drain output.
