Product details

Four-rail supervision in a 4x4 TQFN

The MAX16001DTE+ is a multi-voltage supervisor from Analog Devices that monitors four supply rails with a single IC. The active-low reset output is open-drain, so multiple supervisors can wire-OR their reset signals to a common pull-up without contention. The reset timeout is adjustable via an external capacitor, which lets you tune the power-on delay to match the downstream processor's startup sequence.

Temperature grade and package fit

The 16-TQFN (4x4) package has an exposed pad that must be soldered to a PCB thermal land — the datasheet's recommended footprint ties the pad to the ground plane for heat sinking.

Frequently asked questions

What voltages does the MAX16001DTE+ monitor?

The adjustable channels can be set with external resistor dividers to monitor any voltage down to the reference level.
