The MAX14915AFM+: The 120 mOhm typical Rds(on) keeps conduction losses low at the 1.3 A ceiling — at full load the dissipation per channel is roughly 200 mW, well within the thermal budget of the 48-VFQFN package when the exposed pad is soldered to a copper plane.
SPI and parallel control with per-channel diagnostics
A dedicated Status Flag output reports fault conditions per channel. The integrated fault protection suite includes fixed current limiting, open-load detection, over-temperature shutdown, over-voltage lockout, and under-voltage lockout on the load supply — the driver protects itself and the load without external sense resistors or comparators.
Industrial temperature grade and package integration
Supplied in tray packaging, ROHS3 compliant per. The 1:8 input-to-output ratio means each SPI/parallel input bit maps to one independent high-side channel — no serial-to-parallel latency beyond the shift-register clock cycle.
