The MAX14820ETG+ is a single-channel IO-Link transceiver from Analog Devices, designed to bridge the sensor front-end to an IO-Link master in factory-automation and process-control networks. It integrates one driver and one receiver (1/1) and supports the standard IO-Link data rate of 230.4 Kbps.

Operating from 9 V to 36 V, the transceiver can be powered directly from the 24 VDC sensor supply rail common in industrial cabinets, without an intermediate regulator. The 24-WFQFN exposed-pad package (4×4 mm, 24-TQFN) provides a low thermal resistance path to the PCB ground plane. The exposed paddle must be soldered to a thermal land on the board to keep junction temperatures within limits under continuous load.
