The MAX147BEAP+ is a 12-bit successive-approximation (SAR) ADC from Analog Devices, sampling at 133k samples per second. That rate sets the Nyquist limit at 66.5 kHz for the input signal — anything above folds back into the passband unless you front-end it with an anti-aliasing filter. For a multi-channel system scanning four or eight inputs through the internal MUX, the per-channel throughput drops to 133k divided by the number of channels scanned, so budget the scan cycle time accordingly.
Housed in a 20-SSOP package with 0.209-inch body width, the MAX147BEAP+ fits a standard SOIC-20 footprint with 0.65 mm pitch.
