Quad SPST switch with wide supply range and high bandwidth
The MAX14758EUE+ from Analog Devices is a quad SPST analog switch with independently controlled NO and NC contacts per channel. It runs off a single supply from 10V to 70V or a dual supply from ±10V to ±35V, making it suitable for 24V industrial rails, 48V telecom buses, and bipolar signal chains in test equipment. The 10 ohm max on-resistance with 300 mOhm channel-to-channel matching keeps gain errors tight in multiplexed analog front-ends.
Bandwidth and signal integrity for analog paths
With a 145 MHz -3 dB bandwidth and -96 dB crosstalk at 10 MHz, this switch passes high-frequency analog signals without introducing noticeable bleed between channels. Charge injection of 580 pC is a consideration for sample-and-hold or integrator circuits where the switching transient lands on a hold capacitor. Off-leakage of 2.5 nA max and channel capacitance of 35 pF help preserve accuracy in high-impedance sensor multiplexing.
