Bandwidth and signal integrity for USB 2.0
A 950 MHz -3 dB bandwidth gives this switch enough headroom to pass USB 2.0 full-speed (12 Mbps) and high-speed (480 Mbps) signals without eye diagram collapse — the switch itself is not the bottleneck in the path. The 5 Ohm max on-state resistance keeps the insertion loss low enough that the USB differential impedance stays within the 90 Ohm target, assuming the board trace impedance is controlled.
Package and rework on site
Housed in a 10-UTQFN measuring 1.4 mm x 1.8 mm, this is a fine-pitch leadless package — the 0.4 mm pitch means you will want a hot-air station and a stencil for the paste, not a standard iron tip. The surface-mount footprint is small enough to fit on a two-layer board, but the exposed pad underneath the package needs a via-in-pad or a thermal land to get the heat out if it carries audio line-level current continuously.
