The MAX1444EHJ+: It accepts either differential or single-ended input signals through a single S/H-ADC channel, and outputs data over a parallel interface.
Housed in a 32-lead TQFP (5x5 mm body), the part mounts on the board surface and is supplied in tray packaging.
Reference and architecture
The converter supports both external and internal voltage reference options, giving the designer flexibility to trade off absolute accuracy against BOM simplicity.
