901k SPS simultaneous-sampling SAR ADC
The MAX1314ECM+ is a 12-bit successive-approximation-register (SAR) ADC from Analog Devices that samples two inputs simultaneously at 901k samples per second. The 2:1 S/H-ADC ratio means both input channels are acquired on the same clock edge, preserving the phase relationship between signals — critical for motor-current sensing, power-system monitoring, or any application where the time offset between channels would alias the measurement.
Supply rails and interface
The parallel data interface delivers conversion results on a 12-bit-wide bus with a conversion-start and data-ready handshake, so the read cycle fits into a single FPGA or MCU memory-access cycle without serial-clock overhead.
Housed in a 48-lead LQFP measuring 7x7 mm, the part is surface-mount and ships in a tray.
