12-bit pipelined ADC with integrated temperature sensor
The Analog Devices MAX1253BEUE+ is a 12-bit pipelined ADC with an 8-input multiplexer accepting both differential and single-ended signals. It samples at 94k samples per second over an SPI digital interface.
Package and handling
The 16-TSSOP package (4.40 mm body width) is a common footprint for mixed-signal designs. Store the tubes in a dry, static-safe environment; the package is not moisture-sensitive per standard JEDEC levels, but good practice still applies.
